Cata bere bea un bucurestean?
Salut! Sunt Rick, inginerul pasionat de statistici care lucrează ?n Bucureşti. ?Lucrează, lucrează!?, veţi spune, ?dar nu mai face şi el pauze??. Ba bine că da, iar atunci c?nd fac o pauză dau fuga la primul dozator şi beau o bere rece.
Asadar, astazi o sa va spun cata bere se bea pe cap de bucurestean si, hm, mai am o surpriza... Ne vedem dupa jingle....
Deci - stiaţi că Rom?nia a intrat ?n 2008 ?n top 10 la nivelul consumului mondial de bere pe cap de locuitor? Haideti sa va spun: un rom?n consumă astăzi, ?n medie, 100 de litri de bere pe an. Ca o comparatie, in anul 2006, consumul era de 80 de litri.
Aşadar, ?n ultimii 2 ani doar, se pare că am făcut pauze mai dese. Să facem repede un mic calcul: 100 litri x 2 milioane de locuitori? asta ?nseamnă că anual, ?n Bucureşti se consumă 200 de milioane de litri de bere.
Si acum, haideţi să ne mai jucăm puţin, sa va dezvalui surpriza, un calcul exclusiv despre cat... pipi produc bucurestenii. Să presupunem că la 1 litru de bere băută, un bucureştean mediu face pipi jumătate de litru.
Daaa, acum v-aţi prins ce vroiam sa spun: bucureştenii produc anual 1 milion de hectolitri de pipi doar ca urmare a consumului de bere! Comparativ, un vienez consumă anual 110 litri de bere, iar un berlinez cam 108. Suntem pe acolo, cum s-ar spune, at?t la bere c?t şi la pipi!
Egiptenii spun că gura unui om absolut fericit este plină cu bere. Eu vă spun că vezica unui om absolut fericit este plină cu bere. Cheers!

So, did you know that in 2008 we entered the world top 10 biggest beer drinking countries? (must be because of all these expats joining in? n.t.) A Romanian drinks today, on average, 100 litres of beer a year. Compare this to 2006, when the consumption was 80 litres.
So within only 2 years it appears that we started taking time off more often (kinda since I arrived here? n.t.). Let?s do a quick calculation: 100 litres x 2 milion inhabitants? that means annualy Bucharest alone drinks 200 million litres of beer.
And now let?s play a bit, I?ll tell you my surprise: an exclusive calculation of how much piss /urine the Bucharestians produce. I?ll assume that from 1 litre of beer drunk the average Bucharestian produces half a litre of piss. Yup, you got it now: the Bucharestians produce annualy 100 milion litres of piss/urine just as a result of beer consumption!
Comparatively, a Viennese drinks 110 litres of beer a year, and a Berlinese around 108. We?re close, as they?d say, both in beer and piss!
